telephone lines?
A - NO - Once we have connected you
to our service you can just sit back and look forward to cheaper telephone
bills. There will be no loss in call quality at all or any delay in
connecting your calls
Q - Will routing boxes be used and affect
the quality of my telephone calls?
A - NO - As standard we do not use
routing boxes - We perform our routing at the BT telephone exchange

to compare our rates with any other least cost routing supplier. We are
confident that our call rates are amongst the lowest available in the UK. We
can transfer you from another supplier to ourselves as long as the line
rental is still with BT.
Q - I am not with British Telecom, can I
still use the service?
A - We only have an agreement with BT
which means we are able to use their network to deliver heavily discounted
telephone calls. This means little or no disruption to current BT users when
transferring their service to talkcheaper.net. We are currently negotiating
further agreements with cable carriers so we will be able to offer cable
customers our services in the near future
Q - Will I be tied into a contract?
A - NO - At talkcheaper.net we are so confident
that you will be happy with the products and services we offer, that in the
event of dissatisfaction you may terminate the contract with no penalties to
